Program Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, the School Based Mental Health Minor will be able to:
- Differentiate the unique roles of school-based mental health professionals. (INTASC 8, 9, & 10; NASP 10)
- Link family, school, and community collaboration practices to student success. (INTASC 5 & 7; NASP 2 & 7)
- Recognize effective academic, social-emotional, and behavioral health services and interventions. (INTASC 1, 2, 5,6, 7, & 8; NASP 1, 3, 4, & 9)
- Analyze case studies and explain how the different school-based mental health providers support student outcomes. (INTASC 9; NASP 3, 4, & 10)
