In-State Transfer Students

Applicants wishing to transfer to Nevada State University (NS) from another institution within the Nevada System of Higher Education (NSHE) must fulfill the same requirements as those applicants who are not enrolled within NSHE.

Applicants who completed an Associate of Business (A.B.), Associate of Art (A.A.), or Associate of Science (A.S.) from a NSHE institution will be admitted to NS regardless of the cumulative grade point average.  Applicants whose grade point average is less than 2.0 on a 4.0 scale will be admitted on probationary status and must meet with their academic advisor regularly.
