Repeat
Students may repeat courses if they wish to obtain a higher grade. A student may retake a course up to two times without approval. After two retakes, students must submit a petition to retake the course again.
Only the most recent attempt will be used in the grade point average (GPA) calculation and credits earned. Previous attempts will remain on the transcript but will not be calculated into the GPA and credits earned.
Repeating a Course at another Institution after taking the Course at NSU
The grade earned for a course repeated at another institution will not replace the grade earned at NSU for purposes of GPA calculation.
