Unsatisfactory Academic Status

Undergraduate students who have less than a 2.0 GPA for any given semester as well as less than a cumulative 2.0 on all university work are making unsatisfactory academic progress. This endangers students' academic standing and leads to the penalties described in the following sections on warning, probation and disqualification.

Students pursuing the bachelor's degree may not earn credits or grade points in university courses numbered below 100 in an attempt to apply those credits toward a four-year degree or to raise their GPA.
