NURS 461 Engaging in Leadership & Health Policy

This course examines the theories and practices that characterize successful nursing leadership in a variety of healthcare settings. Current professional issues are addressed with an emphasis on increasing kindness and civility, and building authentic caring relationships. Pre-requisite(s): Admission to the RN to BSN program, NURS 409.
