Required Immunizations

Students are required to submit proof of immunizations to the Office of the Registrar. Please refer to https://nevadastate.edu/registrar/immunizations/ for acceptable forms of proof of immunizations and how to submit them records electronically.

Students must provide the following immunizations:

• Two doses of measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR), with the first dose given on or after the first birthday;
• One dose of tetanus/diptheria (Td or TDAP), taken in the last 10 years
• Incoming first-year students who are under 23 years old are required to submit proof of the Meningococcal vaccination on or after the age of 16.

Students who do not submit all required immunization documentation will not be allowed to register or enroll in classes at NS. Students approved to live in campus residential housing will not be issued a key until required immunization documentation is received.
