Returning Students

A returning student is a student who attended Nevada State University (NS) previously but have NOT enrolled in two (2) consecutive semesters (excluding summer term) at Nevada State.

Student will be required to:

  1. Reapply for admission as a returning student by submitting an online application and pay the $30 application fee.
  2. Submit official copies of transcripts if the student attended other postsecondary institutions while absent from Nevada State.
  3. Student may be asked to supply new official transcripts from previous institutions attended.

If an ineligible student is approved for registration on the basis of incomplete or fraudulent credentials, or misrepresentations in written application for registration:

  • Registration will be cancelled without refund of any fees
  • The total credits earned following readmission will be rescinded
  • Future registration at the university will be prohibited.
