Discussions of laws and policies related to food (advertising, additives, nutriceuticals, phytochemicals, genetic engineering, herbal remedies, etc.) and the role of federal, business, and consumer protection agencies. Pre-requisite(s): NUTR 223; All pre-requisites must have a grade of C- or higher.
