ENT 352 Strategy in Entrepreneurial Ventures

An examination of the nature of strategy and strategic management in entrepreneurial ventures. Particular prominence is given to growth strategies and managing the consequences of growth. Strong emphasis is placed upon strategic management style and managerial activities that best cope with the challenges facing entrepreneurial ventures in the early 21st century.
