This course, designed for the MSN advanced nursing practice specialty student, explores key components of health care management, effective organizations and systems management. In this course, the learner will expand knowledge of the health care environment to better understand the role of a nurse manager and the nurse manager’s valuable contribution to quality health outcomes.
